| Just as I've long believed that Nazi concentration camp guards should be required to spend their remaining years in the very camps they deny existed, so should Bush and other global warming deniers be made to live without technological aid, in one of the hottest places that can be found on earth.  Preferably a barren, isolated, sea-level island on the equator. 
 But for Bush, we could have been years into transforming our technology and economy.  Instead, we're years further into the greatest climatic change since the end of the Ice Age.
