Not really a problem.

I just noticed while looking at the "active topics" page that when somebody votes in a poll, the topic gets marked as active with the date of the vote and name of the last to submit an actual comment.

It confused me a bit when it told me that I had posted a comment in a poll in the last hour, when I did not remeber doing so.

Actually this behavior is by design odd though it may look. it's just a compromise that had to be made to get it to work.
