This video begins as a sort of "so what?" but soon begins to get more interesting. The team you see are motorcycle instructors from one riding school, doing a complex routine on the standardized training track used throughout Japan.

No kidding. East Asian cultures really are big on organized group activity, and it shows startlingly in this Japanese video. Americans, and I suppose Western Europeans, would be far less inclined to do this, preferring individualistic competition. I think the demonstration was amazing.

These are apparently quite common demonstrations by Japanese bike riding schools. (Maybe used to attract students?) You can find several similar vids here.
