Hal.....
Chronologically, chef passed me in reverse years ago.
It's true!
Despite the inevitable passing of many years, chef remains not as geriatric as myself to this very day!
I seriously doubt he will ever catch up 'til death do us part!
At that heralded event, he will have a golden opportunity to pass by my antiquity and pry the senectuous scepter from my cold, dead hand!

It's possible. But who knows? I've seen some pretty amazing close up magic. Some of those guys are masters at diversion and slight of hand. It's one of those things that another magician might spot.

Your are correct about another magician possibly having a clue. I have no idea either. On the other hand I know enough to say it wasn't "magic". The same way that because I can't say how we all got here I can say it wasn't God/s.
