But... which deity am I allegedly the son of, and sez who?

As ever, anyone can proclaim a deity

Zeus. Says I.

It may be I misread the word "Geek" in your bio as "Greek."

That truetone effect hurts my ears. I hate it so much that I couldn't really watch the video. And what? I'm not a god?

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

You know there are diferent types of investing plans. I you invested $1000 in Delta Airlines before the crash it would be worth $49.00 now.
If you owned AIG you'd have $31.00. Lehman Brothers? You'd have $0.00.

But if you invested $1000 in beer you could drink the beer and have
$214.86 in aluminum cans. That's called a 401-Keg.

I LOLed.

[nitpick]

Used Beverage Cans (UBC), bricked, are going for about 51 cents per pound. There are 32.5 cans per pound. At the Cape Cod Package Store (first example offered by Google), you can get a 30-can case of Natural Lite for $18.29, or $0.61 per can. So $1,000 will get you 1,639 cans of cheap beer, which (when empty) will weigh 50.46 pounds, which you could then sell for scrap for $25.73.

(To get $214.86 would require 13,688 cans, which would cost $8,345 when full of cheap beer.)

(I once knew a guy who claimed that in college in the 1980s, he was buying M*A*S*H 4077 beer for $2.50 for a 24-can case. But that'd still only be 9,600 cans for $1,000, or $139.10 worth of aluminum.)

[/nitpick]

Very good, good job. I should have done my homework. Anyway I found this on the web, labeled "Medical Hypocrisy".

If you take the Kramer/Newman route you could get 164$ for those cans in Michigan. Then you could buy steaks and stop by my place!

Newspaper item from Griggo. Nice to know the officers care about public safety. (Word to the wise: The Patrol's off-road vehicles have, and will take, the right-of-way versus hikers.)
