Too much thinking could make you fat, according to a new study.

Well see? Until now I could not (denial) understand why I have gained weight as I have gotten older. It's none of the reasons I considered though. As it turns out, even pondering the reasons (rationalizing) has added inches to my girth. I now resolve to stop thinking as a crash diet, and then think only a little bit, once I get down to my desired weight...

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

I'd take that study with a pinch of salt. And maybe a half-cup of sugar, and some back-fat to grease the griddle.

Yeah. I suspect the study may be overweighted.

Mmmmmmmm.......Donuts.

I would rather face a cold reality than delude myself with comforting fantasies.

It is food for thought...

I've thought about it and bacon and a shortened lifespan > Rice cakes and a 30 year running bridge game.
