Just found this on PZ Myers blog:

It seems Ray Comfort has a new website. Get a load of the name of the book on the side. The internet ultimate irony award should go to him.

>From: enuffenuff@fastmail.fm
(excerpt follows):

> Personal visit by mates of mine. No violence, just a wee little chat.

> Good luck with that fuckwit. And Reynold, fucking run, and don't stop.
> Disappear would be best as it was you who dared to attack me on my

> the list boy. Again, no violence. Just regular reminders of who's there
> and visits to see you are behaving. Nothing scary in reality. But I'd

What brought that on? this. Original posting here.

Another example of this guy's lunacy here.

Yeah. He found his Comfort zone...

Yes, I saw that. I found it mildly amusing.

Ray doesn't have the faintest idea whereof he speaks, but he does have a certain entertainment value, albeit modest.

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

Going into "output, but no input" mode like this is what all the Creos eventually learn to do. Since they have no arguments, they have to. Having had the stuffing rhetorically kicked out of him over and over, it's obvious ol' Ray is a slow learner, but maybe he's mastering it at last.

Ray Comfort always stood out among Creos because of his openness to debate, but I guess that was because, despite his third-rate mind, he has a first-rate ego. Ray had a conviction that he could debate anyone. It finally must have gotten through the thick bones of his head that he was always losing.

Maybe the Creos are beginning to seal themselves away, like pus-filled cysts encapsulate themselves. We can only hope, as praying is for losers.

My nitpick is with the whole "Cornel" thing. It's Cornell. I know it's not Harvard or Oxford, but still. If you're going to attack someone (or some institution), at least get the name right.

Next time, I might rail against the stupid shit that they're saying over at Way of the Mister ministries.

Idiot.

You know, they're so focused on bananas and peanut butter that it may as well be called "Way of the Mustard."
