I guess a cop running at high speeds while chasing a suspect might crash and burst into flames.

In this video, however, the Mayor who issued a ban on police foot chases gets caught by a reporter with the contradiction of her own words, and reverts to religious babbling. Well, this goes to show that political looney-tunes come in all flavors.

Maybe if she gets her purse snatched in front of city hall, she'll rescind that policy. SS
