Well... Open has finally posted more information, on the record he has released Manual 6

This is quite simple, yet difficult to achieve the first time around. Similar to an autostereogram.

This requires complete relaxation and absolutely no distraction.

Questions:

How does anything exist? — This is the generic form of what you might think about when doing this. It needs to lead to “the source”, if you will. What I mean by the source is simple. If I say I have a certain pair of shoes, you could ask: Who made them? What was used? Where did that originate? How did that come to be? So on, and so on. This is only a first example.

How could anything not exist? - This one will exercise your mind once you start to get the sense of what it means. Try to imagine absolutely nothing existing, not even light, not even dark. It doesn’t matter if it’s not possible, the idea is to imagine it anyway. Can you?

If those are complete: Figure out, yourself, without help, why everything must exist.

This will help you understand how deep this actually goes.

This is the sort of philosophy discussed by stoned college freshmen.

Dude, have you ever really looked at your hand?
