And how are YOU not grasping at straws? There is no difference.

"...things I have neither seen nor experienced nor heard tell of from anybody else; things, what is more, that do not in fact exist and could not ever exist at all. So my readers must not believe a word I say." -Lucian on his book True History

"...They accept such things on faith alone, without any evidence. So if a fraudulent and cunning person who knows how to take advantage of a situation comes among them, he can make himself rich in a short time." -Lucian critical of early Christians c.166 AD From his book, De Morte Peregrini

But there are ancient aliens.

The Chinese had seagoing vessels around 300 AD that made it past the West coast of the US and down into South America. Those Viking dudes were pretty well traveled too not to mention the Mongols.

Ohhhhhhhhh wait......... Not those kinds of aliens........

Once I saw single frame cartoon of a flying saucer with Mexicans, wearing them big 3 ft. colorful hats, coming out. The caption read,,,
"Look Aliens".

Are you being serious? That's BS, even the claims china reached America in 1423 are unfounded.

By a fantastic coincidence (I think NOT) the complete B5 series arrived in a box at the post office, TODAY!

I remember a short story by (I think) Arthur C. Clarke.

Astronauts land on the moon. One of them walks about and sees two things: The impressions of hobnailed boots in the lunar dust, and beyond that a mountainous vista that he recognizes as being the background landscape from da Vinci's painting, "Mona Lisa." If it was indeed a Clarke story, it may be from Tales from the White Hart, or another of his collections.
