Kaku went on to graduate summa cum laude from Harvard, and to receive a PhD from UC. He has been in many television programs on science.
Please excuse what I hope will be a short delay. I have no further Faces in stock, and need to make some. |

| You aren't going to mention that he believes extraterrestrials are visiting Earth? |

He's a pretty popular guy for UFOlogists because of his credentials
Haven't got time for an exhaustive reply to that, but here's a snippet:

Thank you very much, OffC. Now I know something that I did not know just a few minutes earlier. That's a good thing.
Kaku's comments, though, are troublesome to me. He seems to be both relying on appeal to authority, and choosing as "authorities" people that are neither skeptical nor are scientists:| "We're talking about generals, we're talking about airforce pilots, we're talking about governors of states, that claim, 'Hey, this is beyond our understanding of the laws of physics.'" | But that's okay, we're even now: I don't think string field theory is scientific theory. |
