But since these parents have more kids, the gene is sure to be passed down anyway, thus failing one of the conditions for the Darwin Award.
Actually the child's gene pool ended. He won't be propagating those genes. He get's the award for his complicity. The award is never given to the parents. Stupid is as stupid does and this is concentrated stupid in this day and age.

Or a completely inactive version. There's a world of difference between "it might be good he's dead" and "let's kill him." There's another huge gulf between "it might be good" and "it is good." There's nothing "fine" about these lines, they are quite broad.

Hell, I couldn't even share in many bloggers' recent happiness about Reverend Moon's death. It's a good thing that he won't personally be able to continue spreading his lunacy around anymore, but I can't bring myself to be happy that he died.

But, it's been awhile since anyone implied that I am a fascist, and I was beginning to think I was losing my edge. So thanks for that.
