Should Killer Storms be named after you and me or after those who specifically who hold powerful positions that can have an effect on them?
This video has been made to show what it might be like if today's storms where named after Climate Deniers who are in powerful positions and are doing nothing. If you accept the science that our ever increasing use of fossil fuels are effecting the climate than you should consider signing
this petition. I don't know if the petition has any real chance at being adapted, under the rules used to name storms but it might be nice to be counted.
I moved this from special announcements to this folder. I considered humor too, but what the heck.

It has no chance of being adopted, but it's a fun idea, and I see no reason not to sign the petition.

I agree with you, Kil 110%. I don't think it got a chance being adopted. The powers that be would never let this happen. Your reply mirrors my position, which is why after thing about it, I posted it anyway. |
