I would hate to have to pull jury duty on this one. Hovind has plenty of money with more coming in daily from the suckers faithful. He can lawyer this thing forever, as he has been doing for longer than I care to remember. Over the years, he's gotten very good at it.
Might be fun to watch parts of it, though.

Here's an update. May require a simple one/two registration to read. It's a gooden!
Trial's been delayed a day or two...Hovind's lawyer ill, so they say.
Article covers some damning testimony, none other that from a fellow xtian attorney!
Oh....this is so-o-o-o fun to think Hovind is (hopefully) fall down off his ivory tower.

So smug little hypocrite Kent thought he "beat the system," did he, with untaxed income stashed away, payroll taxes unpaid? Reviewing that attitude and the Satanic pride it displays should give him something useful to spiritually contemplate during his coming incarceration.
Judging from the readers' comments to that last article, most Floridians are outraged at Hovind's shameless criminal antics, now that they are at last being publicly exposed.
The Hovind saga continues to make my day, day after day.

If this legal proceeding goes like I think it will, by next summer Dr. Dino's new name (in federal prison) will be Dr. Butt Pirate!
Edited to add: I tried over at the Rapture Ready message board to see what those zipperheads are saying about Hovind's fall, but there's no search engine there. That place gives me the creeps anyway, so I didn't hang around looking very long.

I did a few searches for Hovind and IRS and these are the results I found that are fairly recent:
(all of them are in the Apologetics section which requires membership. But I haven't found any real comments regarding the trial. There are frequent discussions about him thought regarding if he's a good representative of christian "science")
