Even more!

Grandmothers arrested for reading the Constitution on the mall in the nations capitol in Washington D.C.

What a man believes upon grossly insufficient evidence is an index into his desires -- desires of which he himself is often unconscious. If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it. If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence. The origin of myths is explained in this way. - Bertrand Russell

I don't know what happened, but the guy shooting the video is full of shit. "I just came up on the scene." - I don't think so.

I'm sort of growing tired of this crap Jerome. There is obviously so much more to this than "grandmother arrested for reading the Constitution" and even you know that. Jerome is the Boy Who Cried Wolf!

Yeah, he assumes something which may not be true. There is no evidence any of those women have had kids that have had kids. He stereotypes based on age.

Jerome again is jumping to conclusions based upon solely what he wants to be true. There is obviously a lack of any evidence to make any sort of conclusion.

In general, protests have a good chance to become violent, especially when you have two large groups who have strong opposition against one another. Police will do anything necessary to keep control of the people, even if there is no intent to cause harm. Honestly, would you want it any other way?

Why continue? Because we must. Because we have the call. Because it is nobler to fight for rationality without winning than to give up in the face of continued defeats. Because whatever true progress humanity makes is through the rationality of the occasional individual and because any one individual we may win for the cause may do more for humanity than a hundred thousand who hug their superstitions to their breast.

You are jumping to a conclusion as to what you think I want to be true.

In reality, I could care less. These people being arrested does not effect me in anyway what soever. It is only a symptom of a circumstance.

I just enjoy watching history progress. The period we are currently living in will be a highlight in the history texts far into the future. There is a worldwide transformation occurring before our eyes. Many are having a hard time seeing the forest, much less the trees.

De quelque manière que Gomus voit-il tous? Oui, avec sa tête jusqu'au dessus de l'âne on pense que le monde est simple.

Tel est pharisaïsme augmenté à l'altitude la plus élevée où l'oxygène est exigé.

Somehow that Does Gomus see all? Yes,with the head up to the top of the donkey they think that the world is simple.

Such am pharisaïsme augmented at the most well brought up altitude where oxygen is demanded.

Really not that difficult if you are interested in humanity, and the evolution/devolution of societal structure.

You find that watching history unfold is comparable to sticking ones head in the ass of a donkey?

It seems the opposite to me.

The quote is funny and appropriate.

I am not quite sure I understand the photo.
