Of course it is also 300 times less powerful than predicted, if my Richter math is correct.

"...things I have neither seen nor experienced nor heard tell of from anybody else; things, what is more, that do not in fact exist and could not ever exist at all. So my readers must not believe a word I say." -Lucian on his book True History

"...They accept such things on faith alone, without any evidence. So if a fraudulent and cunning person who knows how to take advantage of a situation comes among them, he can make himself rich in a short time." -Lucian critical of early Christians c.166 AD From his book, De Morte Peregrini

Well, you really can't expect a Prophet to be dead on the dollar every, single time, can you? Everybody does a near miss now & again.

My faith is restored and I expect NYC to end up looking like a bad day at Pompey any time now.

Yeah but is NYC going to get what was predicted or 300 times less than "a crushing blow"? Does a double murder count as a hit?

Also it better be within 2 days for "immediatly after" to count.

Depends on what you mean by "a hit". It certainly could in the Sopranos sense.

This is all a matter of interpretation. When examined with the proper finesse this guy's a true prophet. And that's what skeptics lack. Finesse. Facts facts facts. Sheesh. Get over it.

Facts are meaningless. You could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true.
