Not at all.

When you compare the number of dreams you have had that have "come true" with the total number of dreams you have had, it really isn't anything odd or special, and certainly not proof of "seeing the future in dreams".
From The Skeptic's Dictionary entry on dreams.
quote: ...the vast majority of prophetic dreams are probably coincidences. Such dreams are impressive to those who lack understanding of The Law of Truly Large Numbers, confirmation bias, and how memory works. If the odds are a million to one that any given dream is truly prophetic, then, given the number of people on earth and the average number of dreams people have during each sleep period (250 dream themes a night, according to Hines, p. 50), we should expect that every single day of our lives there will be more than 1.5 million dreams that seem clairvoyant.

Additionally, information on sleep paralysis is available at the same site.
You know, devil, for a conspiracy-minded fellow such as yourself, that site, www.skepdic.com offers wonderfully skeptical essays on many of the very topics you seem so worked-up about. Worth a look.
Generally speaking, the errors in religion are dangerous; those in philosophy only ridiculous. -D. Hume

I had some REALLY strange dreams once, it ws a reccurring dream and it went a little like this........ I was running around a roundabout with a friend of a friend chasing me. He had a real fruit type hat on (it appeared to be about 5ft tall). While he was chasing me he kept picking the fresh fruit from his hat and throwing it at me......... the dreams happened for weeks and after telling a few friends one of their girl friends piped up the usual, "i know someone who can tell you what it means". It transpired that i have a fear of fruit......(uh!!) and want to be seen as better (in my friends eyes) than the mutual friend that was chasing me!! I mean, come on. At least it wasn't the usual "you have underlying homosexual tendancies" or the greatest old chestnut of all time "you were obviously abused as a child"
I believe in nothing; only my scepticism kept me from being an atheist.
