That's a goddamned lie! Mothra was the good guy in that story. Mothra, gravely injured by the evil Godzilla, hatched her egg so that her two larvae could encase Godzilla in silk and send him/her to the bottom of a lake. Mothra was more than happy to live in peace on Monster Island with the little bitty chicks.
I think you have Mothra confused with the Smog Monster.

Not entirely so. It depends on which Godzilla movie you watch. Just like it depends on which book of the bible you read when you're describing the nature of God. |

Okay, verlch, just so I'm sure I understand you correctly, please clarify. You do not deny God hates these people, you simply justify His hatred by saying He has laws and rules?

| A universe where the phrase "god hates" could be true is about the worst thing you could hope for, even if you're his biggest supporter. Certainly Mr. Perfect who created the whole thing and every imperfect creature in it could find something to hate about every one of us, no matter how you might claim to be following his will. If there is a god that can hate, especially for just being who and what he made us, we're all screwed, even (or especially) the self proclaimed pious. Apparently the good Rev Phelps doesn't spend much time pondering before blathering. |

What scalds my chitterlings is that people who think that some being, one so powerful as to have created an entire universe on a whim, actually might care about the activities of a far less than significant mote within that universe, however noisey and obnoxious that mote might be. The sheer arrogance is astounding.
I think that God, if such should exist, does not note the falling of a sparrow nor the sinking of a whale. Nor does he hear the preachings, prayers or rantings of the likes of those who claim knowledge of divine thought.
He never saw those ridiculous souls groveling before Roy's Rock, and that's too bad. He might have gotten a laugh out of it.
I fear that none of us will get a seat in the bleachers when Freddy Phelps comes before The Judgment because there will be no judgment.

Yes, Just as a parent would ask their child not to engage in said behavior. When the do there will be a decree that was broken by the child. Just as God, in His bible, asks us not to engage in certain sinful behavior. Thank goodness for Jesus, God cannot stand the sight of evil. Jesus is standing in the way of the wrath of the Father and asking for more time that all might be saved. |

Verlch, you seldom fail to astound me.
Naw Doc, I'd not want him hit. He still has a little value beyond the amusing. The more he rants, the more the general public realizes just how fucked up and pathetic this scaberous sack of faeces is.
I have a better idea. Let's all of us, male and female, send him passionate love letters, followed in a week or so by 'Dear Johns.' Make him even crazier.
