We're all over the place, here; from Revelation to Atlantis to some professor emeritus of biblcai studies that, when his writings are examined, is shown to be soething of a Bible literalist. Why can we not pick a single topic, exhaust it, then continue on from there?

Mythology aside, what archological evidence is there for Atlantis ever existing?
Oh, and Edgar Cayce is about as good a reference as, oh, say, Nostradamus. He proves only the gullibility of society in general and those who gave him money in particular. As did Nostradamus.
So, how 'bout we talk about Atlantis? Or maybe the imaginitive flim-flams of Cayce and Michael d'Notradame, the latter of which is particulatly interesting if you've read his history along with The Centuries.
In short, thus far, I've seen better organization in birds running around the barnyard sans head. If you wish to discuss, let's discuss. But if all you want to do is wave your hands and post links, many if not most unsupported woo-woo, then there is little discussion possible.

Saved from what?
I remind that China is rife with superstition. Even many in the educated class' firmly believe that bear and snake gall bladders are an afrodisaic and a cure for almost anything from dementia to dropsy, and have for milinia. Chinese history is much more interesting than the hop-dreams of Chinese metaphysics.
Can any of this be suppported through scientific observation and experimentation?

You are on a science site now and unlike many of the followers of woo, we actually care about science and accuracy on subjects like human origins.
I have to warn you. Check your links for accuracy. If there is baloney there, it will be seen for what it is and exposed. That is, if we do not become weary of even looking at them. And since you keep posting them willy nilly, that outcome is pretty much guaranteed.
Make your claim and then support it with relevant links, if you must. Then, be prepared for us to point out your mistakes if you haven't taken the time to check your own sources.
One more thing. Please do concentrate on the threads that you have already opened. Opening more threads will not further your cause and will only serve to annoy and demonstrate to me that you did not understand my first post to you on the matter of spamming. |
