| I don't want to go back through this thread given the deterioration of it, but let me interject that bones and fossils are not the only evidence for evolution. The revolution in genetic research has conclusively PROVED that the theory of evolution is correct. Just as measurements of the movement of objects in the Solar System, Galaxy and Universe have PROVED the theory of gravity is correct, so has research proved the theory of evolution. |

To me there is 0 evidence to the theory of how humans naturally evovled from lesser evovled species, if not altogther. Anything else. You see, it works both ways. You just have the bones. In reality, they could be anything. Genetic research does not prove this either. In your subjective mind, the evidence is justified, in mine, it is not. WE create our own reality. My college did not make we think the way I do, I make me think the way I do. College was merely a source of info and inspiration. |

The genetic research has not proved this. Please stop it. Evolution has not been proven. And yes gravity is real, because no matter what we believe, it forces us physically. Evolution, on the other hand is merely an opinion. |

Genetic research has not proved it conclusively. It failed to falsify it, and thus strengthened the case for evolution (considerably).

Um, the great apes are not 'lesser evolved species', they are simply a species that evolved along a different line than that which produced homo sapien. Evolution does not work toward any particular end. Evolution simply states the species best suited or most adaptable to its environment is most likely to survive. (OK, I realize that is a nutshell explanation and supremely inadequate, however, I figured it would address the particular misunderstanding of evolution I noticed here.) In fact, as a friend put's it, humans made very bad apes. |

Trish, that won't matter.
If I understand correctly, HYBRID states that all evidence is subjective unless you physically perform the experiment or see it yourself personally. If you just read about it or listen to someone (college professor perhaps), then it may be (and possibly is) falsified and is therefore unreliable. And since we do not possess the ability to go back in time, evolution is unprovable by that standard.
And, in order to justify his own philosophy, HYBRID states that he did not come to his perspective by believing what he has been told or what he has read. Which, logically speaking, means that he has physically seen the things that he states is true. This would include the "mystery schools", Illumanati, etc. I must assume that HYBRID has firsthand witnessed those things and lived to tell about it.
Further, it is useless to ask HYBRID for any sources to backup his thoughts, since such sources can be falsified and are subjective.
Hence, there are no set of rules that can be used to evaluate information gleaned from books, others' experience, or even scientific methodology unless one were to perform such experiments themselves. But any information derived could not be shared with anyone; they would have to perform the same experiments themselves.
I have to conclude, then, that HYBRID has not personally seen any of the things that he states as being true. Therefore, what he says is easily dismissed. |
