Smarter robot promises improved presidency of the future

Seoul, South Korea, November 26, 2006 (RP) -- Korean scientists and engineers from the Humanoid Robot Research Centre have displayed their first working prototype George W. Bush replacement robot, George W. Hubo.

George W. Hubo: Almost ready for prime time.

Though only four and a half feet tall and equipped with a un-human, robotic-style body, George W. Hubo has an animated, latex-skinned head that uncannily resembles the President of the United States. The robot, controlled by two Pentium processors, can understand spoken words, and can reply in intelligible English.

According to spokesman Kim Oh Young, a later model, expected within six months, will have a full-sized, human-like body capable of normal strength and motion. But already George W. Hubo has tested to be intellectually and morally superior to the actual US President.
