Oh, ooops. I'm on one of the lists she is suing. Healthfraud. It's run by Dr. Steven Barret from Quackwatch. I doubt that I've been named since I only post there when I have a question. Hulda Clark is a dangerous woman. Really nuts.

I wonder if they failed to change something when they changed ISP's (or whatever they changed) because I've had that problem for a while. Try copying the link and pasting it.

I'm on two of the lists, and no, I don't really think either of us are in danger. They're not really suing us, even if it wasn't a completely frivolous lawsuit.

I'm still not getting through on the top link. I tried copy and pasting, opening in the foul netscape and even just going to www.ratbags.com. Ain't happening. Reading the quackwatch article page leads me to believe that this could be amusing, so if one of you could fill me in on just what this "lawsuit" entails, I'd be obliged.

The document itself does not make much sense to me. Legal documents seldom do.
That she is suing what she calls 'internet newsgroups' and their owners and operators brothers me a bit.
That somebody like her can be allowed to run arround free let alone being taken serious enough to file a lawsuit is not understandable.
