At first blush, these look like completely irrational people, but I'm not so sure. While many of them are eligible for heavy medication, I think this whole thing is being carefully orchestrated, from teabag to certificate. Those planners know perfectly well that this case will most likely get tossed, and don't care if it does. All they are interested is another distraction.
It was funny for a while, watching the futile writhing of these twits, but it's getting a little old.
