I totally endorse this review. I read the book a few weeks ago, in one sitting, and it completely changed my way of looking at this alternative Woo stuff. It isn't just harmless delusion, as I had previously supposed - it can be extremely dangerous and exploitative. Everybody should read this book; it is the ultimate self-help book in that it helps you to make informed choices about your health and your beliefs.

Woo is always exploitative, be it psychic nonsense, homeopathic snake oil, chiropractic assault & battery, or church. All make grandiose claims, produce nothing of substance, and cost you in cash, time and often physical injury.
