I think that Phrenology might be up the Creationist alley.

No.

Math... it violates Math too, doesn't it? I'm almost sure it does. Far, far down, deep in its core, it might violate mathematics.

Yes it does.

Creationists believe that several million species of animals were contained in an impossibly small volume (Noah's big boat)

Creationsists believe that 10 billion years = 7 days.

Maybe in their parallel universe ;)

First of all, math is not a field of science.

They don't claim that 10 billion years = 7 days, they simply just claim the world was created in 7 days. Thats all.

There has to be at least one field of science they don't violate, come on guys (realizing that in saying this, I can't find one). Lets find it.

Why continue? Because we must. Because we have the call. Because it is nobler to fight for rationality without winning than to give up in the face of continued defeats. Because whatever true progress humanity makes is through the rationality of the occasional individual and because any one individual we may win for the cause may do more for humanity than a hundred thousand who hug their superstitions to their breast.

Ah, well. True, Math isn't science, but even THAT they can violate.
Let's see... science... science... nope, I can't think of any.

The problem is, Ricky, that with claims like "there was no disease or death before the Fall," the creationists invalidate sciences like epidemiology, oncology, parasitology, ecology and a ton of others, without ever needing to mention them at all.

As I said; Phrenology. The God-given lumps, as well as the truncheon-given ones, on a head brings to light the truth of one's soul. If a point is found, we have a creationist on par with Hovind and Sarfati. Glory Be!

Indeed, so health sciences are out of the window. That, of course, is the prime reason for me to oppose creationism. In the world of creationists, I'm out of a job!

Hey Ricky, you have to take your question light heartedly. Creationists maintain everything in the bible is literally true. So insects have 4 legs, bats are birds, fer chrissake, there is no field of science that is not violated by this fable.

I 'specally like the one that sez hares chew the cud, when in reality they re-ingest portions of their defecations.

And then there's talking animals, pillars of salt, odd-numbered ribs, abiogenesis from dust, impossible floods and ships to match, towers approaching the very sky, mass murder, rape, pillage, plunder and stopping the earth's rotation. As well as stoning sassy kids and rampant incest, and, I just don't know what-all! And that's only part of the OT.

Fortunatly, in the NT, it's a little calmer. That only gots raising the dead, healing the sick by magic, cleansing lepers, alchemy, approved adultry, a mouthy child that avoids stoning, back-stabbing, magic loaves and fishes, assault and battery, rigged courts, murder, torture, suicide, and a bunch of other stuff I'm too lazy to write about.

And the creationists claim that science is irrational. :idjit:

Don't forget the fire-breathing monsters, the giants, the bottomless pits, etc. And the evil numbers.

Damn, I would have thought there was at least one they didn't violate. Would this make them the most radical group of psuedoscienists? I mean, does any other single group that practices psuedoscience deny claims in every single field of science? I don't think so.

This could make an interesting article, in my opinion.
