Historically, Markuze has used various internet cafés and university wifi systems to send his spam/trolling/threats.
Cowardly Internet Service Providers has just brushed off complaints with "It's from an Internet Café, we can't do anything..." when there actually was something they could have done: Telling to Internet Café to ban Markuze or risk losing their ISP.
If you are not Markuze then so far you've done nothing wrong (except as above made it look like he's breaking his parole conditions which would make you a complete fucktard). Other than that you've just made an ass of yourself. |
Indeed. If this is not really Markuze, then whoever this is, he's a fucking idiot and a despicable human being in trying to frame Markuze.
I can't believe this would be done by any of Markuze's old spam/threat victims, because the consensus seem to be that he should receive care and not imprisonment. And as long as he's quiet, there's no reason to bother about him. Out of sight, out of mind.
My skeptical opinion is that it's more likely Markuze relapsing, than an elaborate attempt by someone else to impersonate him.

Sorry, didn't even notice the misspelling. My eyes are imperfect, and I tend to fill in details with my expectations. Until you pointed that out, It looked right to me. |

That's terribly sad, but it makes the free-speech issue even more irrelevant. Even if you are Markuze, and reports here made the authorities in Canada re-arrest you, you had agreed to curtail your own free expression by refraining from posting on social media like this forum. Therefore, if you were jailed and thus truly silenced for these posts, you would be the one responsible for the threat to your right to free speech.
And if you're not Markuze, then your rights are in no danger, and you're only jeopardizing Markuze's rights. After all, you might get him re-imprisoned on the suspicion that he's violating his probation. So have fun with that. |

I have difficulty in trying to decide which is the least attractive concept, that this guy is the delusional terroristic death-threat maker Markuze, or a fan-boy considering the same career. If the latter, this fellow sure is demonstrating a lack of ambition in choosing Markuze as his model. And it may come as a surprise to this putative fan-boy that threats and harassment he himself conducts as a copy-cat are just as illegal in both Canada and the USA as are Markuze's own. He should be assured that he's being electronically tracked down right now, probably both privately by white-hat hackers, and by law enforcement people.
My guess, though, is that this is Markuze. He knows just who to target, and has the crazy wording and style exactly "right." |

Not a huge temptation, as there is no substance to debate. Like Oakland, there is no "there" there. Impossible to have any "dialog" with Markuze (or his ilk) anyway. |
